Fifi & Binx is run by Sarah, a professional image consultant who wanted a website to showcase all of her unique clothing and accessories.
The initial brief expanding from an e-commerce website into a rebrand and a website which could not only provide an e-commerce platform but a place to detail information about her pop up stalls and events too.

We completely rebranded for this client, from a new name right down to their colour palette and fonts for the website. Considering their target market and the kind of products sold, we created a pastel palette and a simple, elegant logo for them which replicates really well across all of their marketing.
The CRM is perfect for storing customer addresses, phone numbers, notes and sales history. It also provides integrated invoice management and advanced quotation building. There’s a timeline which combines all emails, text messages, newsletters, notes and customer events so Fifi & Binx can see the entire conversation history with each customer or lead.
The navigation for this website almost wrote itself, with clear categories of what goes where the products dictated the sitemap, with all additional content fitting around those pages. They also opted for a site search option next to the basket button in the navigation. Product pages can be sorted by price or popularity and refined by category and price, making shopping with Fifi & Binx much easier.
The E-commerce module is easy to use and this site utilises discount vouchers, tiered shipping prices and inventory management. The system integrates with their payment gateway. The mobile optimised checkout ensures that customers can shop on any device.
There are regular sales on the site, so a banner below the header can be activated and deactivated easily in the CMS.
Social media channels are associated with the CMS (for SEO) and buttons to share and like are available as blocks to be added to any page.
Their payment gateway is Stripe.
Orders are marked as dispatched through the system, invoices are emailed automatically to customers from the CRM and the order status can be edited manually.
All our websites enjoy unlimited products, advanced product variations and a drag and drop sorting in the CMS. Products that fit into more than one category are linked to without needing a copy (avoiding a duplication issues for SEO).
Social Media Sales
Fifi & Binx wanted to also be able to sell their products on Facebook, so we set up their Facebook product feed for them, sending information already stored on the website to populate a store in Facebook.
On Site Sales
When a sale comes up we make amends to the website for this client to ensure their sale is really promoted!
