It’s an exciting time in the land of Instagram! 🤩

Recent changes to the app have been very much focused towards how users are sharing their content, but their most recent change will cause a wave of excitement for all those creatives among us.

So, what’s in store?

“From subtle colour edits to options for expressive styles, these updates make it easy for you to try various looks for your posts,” is the update from Meta’s blog post.

The ability to adjust the intensity of any filter remains (phew), but for the first time, Instagram is offering filters that change up the original image over the colour tone! Look out for ‘wide angle’ and ‘wavy’.

I for one can’t wait to see new content flying out and tips on how to make the most of these new features.
